Giveaway Rules
1. ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Ascend.io, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their spouses) and households are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
2. CONTEST PERIOD
Contest begins November 1, 2025 a 12:01 AM PT and ends November 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM PT ("Contest Period").
3. HOW TO ENTER
- Sign up for a free 14-day trial of Ascend at app.ascend.io/signup
- Build a data pipeline using the Ascend platform
- Take a screenshot of your completed pipeline
- Email screenshot to data-eng@ascend.ioby replying to the November DataAware newsletter.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
4. WINNER SELECTION
One (1) winner will be selected by RANDOM DRAWING on or about December 1, 2025 from all eligible entries received.
5. PRIZE
One (1) prize: $250 Amazon.com gift card (ARV: $250 USD). Prize awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Winner will be notified via email within 5 business days of selection.
7. PUBLICITY RIGHTS
By entering, winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these rules
- Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries
- Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or other circumstances compromise its integrity
- By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions
9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing, offering, or announcement of prizes or in the administration of the Contest.
